The Empire State Marine Trades Association (ESMTA) is dedicated to advancing the interests of the marine trades industry in New York State. Incorporated in 1975, the Association consists of seven regional marine trades organizations that have joined together to exchange ideas and information; further cooperation and friendship between members; and develop mutually beneficial services such as public relations, legislative interests, and group insurance. The ESMTA promotes the general welfare of the marine industry throughout New York State; and advances the safe and proper use of boats, marine accessories, and facilities through means consistent with the public interest and welfare.
